We're not just a social club — we’re a curated community.
This Code of Conduct ensures every woman in our space feels safe, seen, and celebrated. By joining the Collingwood Social Club, you agree to uphold the following values and standards, whether attending an event or engaging online.

1. Be Kind
This is a space where eye contact, genuine compliments, and shared laughs are welcome. Be open, kind, and inviting. We’re here to make new friends!

2. Speak with Intention
Whether it’s at a social event or in our group chat, your words matter. Avoid gossip, unsolicited advice, or negative energy. Keep conversations uplifting, respectful, and inclusive.

3. Respect Boundaries
Everyone’s comfort levels are different — respect personal space, privacy, and preferences. No pressure, no pushiness. If someone says no or steps back, honour it with grace.

4. Come as You Are
There’s no need to impress — just show up as your authentic self. We celebrate diversity in background, interests, and expression. Be proud of who you are and make space for others to do the same.

5. Zero Tolerance for Hate or Harassment
Any form of bullying, discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, or body shaming will result in immediate removal from events and cancellation of membership — no exceptions.

6. You Represent the Vibe
When you attend an event or speak on behalf of the club, you represent more than yourself. Embody kindness, confidence, and community. Lift others up. Be the reason someone comes back.

7. RSVP with Intention
Our events are curated with care — spots are limited. If you RSVP, we count on you. Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. No refunds will be provided for cancelled RSVPs or no shows.

8. What’s Shared Here, Stays Here
Stories, struggles, and moments shared at events are sacred. Respect confidentiality and don’t share others’ personal experiences without consent.

By attending any Collingwood Social Club event or signing up for membership, you agree to this Code of Conduct. The CSC Team reserves the right to terminate membership at their discretion.
